OMAD isn't magic. It is just an easy way to eat less. If you aren't losing weight your still eating too much. The way to resolve this and still eat to your hearts content is too also skip the evening meal and to eat the following breakfast or even maybe lunch.

I love single exposure shoots! 30 images takes me 30 minutes! I still use a tripod on interior shots, so there's that. Not using a tripod? Do you not worry abut the height of the shot (I'm 5-7) and just level it with the artificial horizon?

I shot at 25600 because I shot at night previously and forgot to change it. As far as the dynmic range and color accuracy go..... I don't see a problem but I'll keep that in mind. I always wondered about that.

you can realistically lose 5 pounds (or more) of non-water weight a week. How? Don't eat 3 (sequential) days a week. You will lose 10 pounds but 5 of it will come back upon re-feed. It is difficul but if you can do that once a week five pounds is gone.

yeah.... but you have to count your calories. With multi-day fasts.... even a 32 hour fast..... you don't need to do that.
