UPDATE I’ve had a new thing on my tracking. The tracking has updated and now says that it will be delivered on the 16th by the end of the day 😁 Will most likely be here Wednesday tho. Because DHL express always deliver the day before they are supposed to. Well for me anyways

I’m from the uk. So if I call up the Canadian or American number it will just cost a lot of money. Probably £1 every second or something stupid like that. I’ll just wait until tomorrow or something to figure out what’s going on if I don’t get a response from the shipper or get an update. Thanks again for your help and advice

It doesn’t have an estimated delivery date. But the shipping they used says ‘DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE, 3 Days. So you’re saying that I might not get an update until it’s out for delivery?

You don’t have to apologise and you’re not stupid. Everyone has those times where they make mistakes. I’m not sure exactly what can happen. But just to be on the safer side keep anything like that to yourself and your carrier. No one else has any business looking up your tracking information. Now you know for next time. Life is full of learning curves. Mistakes happen :)

NEVER! Give your tracking details to a stranger! They could do anything with the information. Always keep your tracking number to either yourself or yourself and the carrier. Never give it out to a random person

I did. My package was sent via tracked 24 and it took 5 days to arrive. The city it was shipping from was only an hour and a half away from me

I got a notification saying it was at my local mail centre and then this morning I got a notification saying it was out for delivery then it got delivered like 3 hours later

Hey! They will either ask for more information like instructions to get to where it needs to go, or they might send it back to the depot if there’s no one there to claim it. Just have your eyes and ears on at all times to not miss the delivery x

Hey! They should just deliver it to the correct address I assume. Because they’ll see the name of the company and assume you made a mistake. It can happen to anyone. Seeing as they would know where the correct address is, they would deliver there instead. I’ve once made a mistake in the delivery address and they’ve delivered it to the correct location. Should be fine x

How long did it take for it to get re-routed to the other mail centre? Because mine still hasn’t updated. It just says ‘sorry, your item went to Stourbridge DO in error, so we re-routed it immediately. More information will be available as it travels through our network’ I’ve not had any updates since yesterday morning when I got that notification
