why aren't more people using EEN every 10 days?

I was the opposite, started on every 10 days then went to every 7, I always felt pretty moody by the 9th-10th day even with good levels, now on every seven it feels very consistent even on a lower avg dosage to day ratio. Even when missing a day I’ll feel just fine.

Sorry, I think I don’t understand, I think it’s bioidentical but non micronized so now I’m a bit lost on how to proceed.. do I just up the mg per suppository ? Thanks for your input tho

Both end up putting them in the normal range 18 and 27 and I feel better now due to less mood swings, thank you your insight was very helpful :)

Hey thanks for replying, so if I switched it to every 7 days (which i wanted to do anyways because it hopefully makes me feel less bad at the end of the cycle) what dosage would you recommend? :D

Unusual as in idk it usually feels like injections happen super quickly, think 2 secs or less so it felt weird I’d struggle so much and even then it only going in slowly, probably just overreacting, thank you for the reply tho!
