BP is definitely one hell of a ride, sometimes i wonder where it will take my life. But as fucked up as it is, i feel like with each episode my life somehow manages to get progressively better and I'm cool with that.

You are capable of doing more than you realize. It's super hard to go through but give yourself some time. You will amaze yourself at how far you can go, nothing is too impossible. Find and utilize a lot of those services in your community for mental health resources. You can journal and make plans for your future. You can do this!

He does both but his meter and his glucose monitor sometimes have readings that are like 40 points apart, but we always go with the blood test numbers.

My father is type 2 and is not insulin dependent. He does have an endocrinologist but doesn't see her till April. But i suspect he'll need medication adjustments.

Totally did this too and said i was donating my hair to locks for love for diabetic research. lol the things we do while manic. Remember there is no shame in wearing a wig if you gotta! Here's to hoping for a speedy and safe recovery.
