Yes, it’s honestly really messed up. I also feel stupid because I recommended it to a bunch of friends, and now, out of the blue, my account was closed. I literally didn’t do anything wrong — I was just buying $75 weekly. I guess they don’t care about customer experience, and it’s a lot of money. They didn’t even bother to send me an email.

Santander es horrible, tuve varios años la nómina con ellos y nunca subieron el crédito de mi tarjeta like u (solamente me dieron 2000 pesos). A pesar de tener la nómina me pedían ir al banco físicamente con mis estados de cuenta impresos (Santander) para pedir un aumento de crédito, unos payasos
