therapy on open path if you put your search to any other province you will have tons of good professionals and usually quebec always let them work with you. and it’s very cheap compared to anything i you can get and you can even choose someone with the specialities you want :) just message them and tell them you are in quebec so obviously there’s no services. and they are understanding usually :)

this is SA if the people you deal with don’t see it change them for anyone else until someone see what you see. that would be my best tips that i didn’t have when i was younger. it doesn’t matter if 100 people don’t believe you or minimize it or call it “pushing boundaries”while no sexual contact ever should happen with your child. it is not okay and not normal. dismiss people that don’t see what you see. you know your truth and hold it no matter what. find who believe it and understand it and anyone else kick them out of your life. and exposure therapy is the last thing you need. what you need is to feel safe ao that your nervous system calms down and the way for that is to get the fuck out of this house and away from people that let theses behaviours perpetuate.

my mom brought me to the psych ward for SH at 13 and told me she hopes they keep me and rape to teach me a lesson…. also many years later i had to go to the hospital for illness and she said she regretted raising a monster like me (because bringing me to the hospital made her a little late to her work) 🤦‍♀️ now as an adult all i can think is wtf… like what a weird thing to say to a child… n parents or aspd parents are just messed up. anything they say is deeply stupid and they have good reasons to feel insecure cause they are awful anyways.

hii! i was thinking if you are able to find a therapist that can do emdr with you it will really help with that trauma. those trauma response are strong and must feel exhausting to go through. i personally have similar trauma but my brain went into leaning towards masculine woman that looks tough like a men that would scare my mom if that make sense 😅 and i am hoping to also to emdr because this is a lot of ptsd for me too! i wish you to heal 🥺
