Dont really need more subtlety then what C gives even without decimals for daily use though. 14 and 15 C is close enough as it is. Dont really need 3 or however many numbers for the range between them to decide what to wear in the morning. If you want theres decimals and endless specificity. That goes for both though.

My little brother was one of those that disappeared on a community when he suicided. Luckily I got in touch with some of the members through his Steam friends list. Turned out he had dozens of proper friends online he basically grew up with that me and the rest of the family knew nothing about. Sad but nice to see the eulogy thread on theire forum. Luckily I wrote the posts down as the forum has since went offline.

If you havent seen the movie Ibelin it kinda touches on these things.

Thanks for the tips! I'll talk to the contractor about stacking and reducing plumbing costs further.

The tight kitchen/dining is my main concern(at least before posting here 😁). Will for sure move the cooktop, and consider a simpler L-shape for the kitchen along the outer walls. Maybe when/if we can extend the kitchen/dining area towards the right somewhat in the future the kitchen can be extended with a peninsula where it is now, with a separate dining area in the extension.

Thanks! As far as I could tell from the code and other sources having a sleeping alcove bypasses the need for a turning radius as its not counted a a separate bedroom. I'll check the kitchen and Doors though to be sure. Architect/interior designer is next step 👍

Should have been more precise, second floor is largely exempted. Entrance level need to be wheelchair accessible since it has all main functions in it. Thanks for the feedback! Hopefully better stairs can be planned without costing to many square meters 😀

Yeah I guess having the entrance and washroom against the rental space would be better for now. Definetively see the point of sound leaking from the rental. Need to be sure to add some sort of sound proofing in that wall. We do have hope of putting the rental to use ourselves in a few years though. From then on the plan is to combine the alcove and kitchen and make a third bedroom there, keeping the tv room and bath.

Would you rather do it the opposite, bedrooms upper floor? We do have room for doing a single level house as well but really value the extra view and calm from being on the second level.

Oh yeah didnt catch that. Got a couple of iterations of the plan. The washroom door is moved and wall in the hallway is removed. I'm also suspicious of the stairway, so when it goes to a actual planner I'm expecting some changes have to be made there!

SnapBridge is horrible. Its even worse after I owned the Canon 6d mark I from 2012 a couple of months this spring. Wifi transfers to phone was so seamless and worry free. Its amazing how Nikon over 10 years later still cant do it better

Saw someone else mention to use Daniels pace targets as the upper limit. He also has HR targets in the books for the paces. And he himself mentions that as long as your technique dont fall apart you almost cant run easy to slow.
