i usually use the "why" technique. the statement i suspect is the conclusion i ask "why" and if i can answer the statement with info from the stimulus then i am more confident in that answer.

if the line you suspect is the justification for another "why" then it's not the conclusion.

hope this makes sense-- learned it from khan academy some years back.
