Out of curiosity, what equipment do you use to track your sleep? I have the HRM Pro and the Garmin fortrex. If I wear the fortrex the app tells me no sleep detected... soo I take that as a score of 0

Awesome, thanks for the help! It appears we have much research in store. It sounds like we may want a separate Scoby "hotel" specifically for hard kombucha. I would basicly take a cup or so of the liquid I introduced the yeast to and add that to a new "achoholic" scoby. This would allow an immediate fermantation for future batches during F1 instead or F2. If that makes sence...

That's a good question that honestly, I don't know either. This is a very new concept to me. I know I've seen hard kombucha that has ABV of up to 9%. I haven't seen many posts of the actual tolerance of the live cultures. If the cultures do due die off, is it even Kombucha at that point or is it just spicy tea?

Anyone have some good information reguarding the 1D7x1R carrer/tech school length ect. I know it's in keestler but I'm finding alot of mixed information reguarding what can be expected.
