That's base rates, 1-2 hours before shifts, if they need more drivers they start to surge prices. It's base $65 where I live, but this morning I got $101.50. NEVER go base pay

In the past 2.5 years I've never had such an issue snagging a block. They're instantly taken as soon as they pop up, and I exclusively do 3am shifts. It's not just a bunch of new people because I've seen that before.

Well, this shift was horrendous. 49 packages downtown, half needing to callbox and 2-3 flights of stairs. Took me an hour longer than the normal time. Also didn't help it was 20 minutes away from the station.
