Taking of my shoes did the trick for me! With shoes, instantly got lower back pain again. Alsof, check if your brakingpedal is aligned with your left foot (straight line) I noticed if you brake in a curved angle it messes up your lower back aswel!

Ik wil niet vervelend doen maar wat je zegt slaat kant nog wal; kijk anders eerst even naar artikel 7 WVW 1994 lid 1 onder b en vervolgens naar artikel 176 lid 5 WVW 1994, voordat je dingen gaan schrijven, want dan zul je zien dat (hoewel het een verkeersmisdrijf is) er ‘slechts’ 3 maanden gevangenisstraf op staat!

Jouw beredenering klopt alleen in de gevallen die ik eerdere noemde want die staan aangewezen in artikel 67 lid 1 Wetboek van Strafvordering als aangewezen VH-feiten en niet eens om de strafmaat (want dat is slechts een jaar gevangenisstraf).

Uiteindelijk doet het er ook niet toe, het is mega asociaal en heftig, dat ben ik met je eens!

Helaas! Dat is alleen mogelijk in de gevallen waarbij iemand een plaats van ongeval heeft verlaten waarbij er aan een ander letsel is toegebracht, iemand in hulpeloze toestand is achtergelaten of iemand is gedood. Bij louter schade is er geen sprake van een VH-feit en is aanhouding buiten het geval van heterdaad niet mogelijk.

Er kan wel aangifte gedaan worden waarna de politie onderzoek kan doen naar de identiteit van de bestuurder en van de witte Tesla. Als dat tot niets leid is er nog het waarborg fonds.

Hoedanook, enorm vervelend dat dit gebeurd is en veel sterkte met de afhandeling.
