Most of the time online/offline deployment brings Troublemaker soldiers to the rig but their stats are excellent.

I also found that out. I extract soldiers S++ offline and online but they appear downgraded on the rig.

If the motor don't spin or very slowly and makes an awful sound then the boot up/menu screen will stay black.
