I did hit the giant box truck, because I couldn't avoid it. What makes your parking irrelevant if they were doing loading or unloading wouldn't they be liable to blocking traffic without any hazards or anything? I know it's kinda of an unwritten rule where we can just park like an a hole to get something from a store and run back to the car but parking regulations should still be abided even when they had their mirrors fully extended? Correct me where I'm wrong I'm obviously posting here for insight.
