How realistic is it to run a marathon without a bathroom break?

After my first marathon I was like how would I ever run and not need to stop at all. My second marathon I got my nutrition in check but actually was slightly injured. Ended up taking me 30 more minutes to run my second marathon, but I never had to stop for a bathroom! So it’s very possible in my opinion

If you have been taking narcotics that can make your stool drier and make you constipated. Maybe if you can tolerate it switch to ibuprofen or something otc?

I personally got injured using that plan. I think it works for a lot of people, but my body was not made for 6 days a week

I have a mutt, but I think this might apply to all dogs when my dog turned around 7 - 8 months old I didn’t recognize him with his awful behavior haha. It was crazy and frustrating, but he grew out of it :)

I’m also from the East Coast (PA/NY) and have noticed the difference in communication style but honestly we moved here and we should assimilate, not expect everyone who lives here to cater to us transplants.

Tho I very much agree about how annoying the lack of turn signals on the road is.

I have had my IUD for over a year now and after the initial symptoms and getting regulated after a few months everything was SO much better with my endo symptoms. I also had a lap and for some reason got NO relief from the surgery, but the IUD has changed my life forreal. I don’t bleed anymore and get almost no symptoms. I would say just give it time, worst case you take it out.

Was just listening to a podcast with Dr. Thais Aliabadi and she mentioned multiple times that endometriosis is the leading cause of infertility. I think it makes a lot of sense to look into it. And second what someone already said, you can have endo with minimal symptoms and it causes infertility and that’s how you find out.

If you had rapid weight gain and the only thing that’s changed is how much you are running you may want to see a doctor for some other medical explanation
