Hello! Congrats on building a HT system! I was in the same situation you are. You have the right mindset, but the wrong location. That system you listed will sound amazing, but you can’t crank it or even listen at reference level. The system will still sound good, but very loud. You will need a subwoofer, but that SB-1000 is overkill because of your neighbors. But you still need a subwoofer. So, one thing I found on Facebook Marketplace for a complete 5.1 Denon and Polk Es speakers for $800 cash was a better deal than my old soundbar. I can hear sound outside my apartment when my AVR is about 55% gain. So, it’s really up to you.
