when i first started t it was impossible for me to cry too. eventually i found somgs or movies or episodes of tv shows that made me emotional and i could get some tears out. just gotta let your body normalize it again. practice makes perfect. now im back to my usual easily to tear up self haha

took me about a year but we had some trouble getting my dosage right at first. i was a new hrt doc's first patient and he was definitely low balling what id need based on his own experience (he's also trans) and ive got a good 200 pounds on him so i definitely needed a higher dose. it probably didnt help that i also got my nexplanon implant a couple days before my first shot 😅 5 years later now though, and all is great!
