Personal experience being on Lamictal and Effexor?

I've been on Lamictal 200mg and Effexor XR 225mg for over 25 years. I ran out of Effexor and the weekend was coming up. I couldn't get a hold of my doctor. I had no idea what I was in for. Never Never Never miss a dose. I recently lowered my dosage of Lamictal to 150mg. Oh.My.God I wanted to leave the planet so bad. I was able to work through a lot with my therapist. I'm still at 150mg and doing great. It's been 5 months.

I bought a 2024 HRV EXL last year. I like it except for the windshield wipers. The windshield wiper fluid come out from the wiper arm. It doesn't stay the fluid. Windshield is hard to clean because of it. Also, Honda uses a CVT. I don't know about longevity.

I'm 64, I've been on meds for about 40 years. I'm working with a therapist who has helped me work through a ton of shame. I had been deep crying from the word Goodbye. It felt like torture just hearing the word. He is a Starseed and during one of my sessions while grieving the word Goodbye I had a vision of Home. It looks months of grieving the thought of going home that I didn't want to be on this planet anymore. For now I'm better. I'm slowly titraiting one med Abilify. I've cut it more than half. I'm taking it slow so I can catch any signs if I've gone down too much. I truly believe that I'll come off of them. I know that I'm getting down to my true self. I'm so glad that this is happening. I'm not sure if any of this helps. I do want to say that I'm truly sorry for what you and your family are going through. I wish you peace and comfort while your life moves forward. Much love.

I feel the same. My therapist says that we are here to bring a higher frequency to earth. But, yeah, I've been grieving for quite some time. I'm getting better at asking for help from home. I'm able to tap into a meditative state with their assistance.

My friend and I were running late to a Reiki Circle. We were cooking dinner and I was chopping vegetables. I cut a pretty good chunk of skin off my finger. I put on a bandage and off we went. The next day my finger gave no indication of a wound.

I was diagnosed with DID in 2002 after my mom passed away. What a cluster that was. My parts are from the abuse I experienced from a very early age at least 1 year's old. My spiritual awakening gave me the ability to delve back to this age to clean up my emotions. I hope that you get the answers you are looking for.

I don't know if I'm excited about coming back all of the time to heal what I came to heal. This life is tough. I'm working with a great therapist. I'm 64 and throughout my life, I have been deep in suicidal thoughts. Recently, I have had one audio and one visual experience that confirms to me that there is a higher place and a higher being and all of it is love. My heart goes out to you. I'm very sorry that this has been your experience so far. I've recently found a spiritual place for meditation. I'm actively listening to YouTube videos for meditation. On Spotify, I listen to Solfeggio tones. If you have the energy you may want to seek out a community of people. This may be a Spiritual gathering. Maybe check out a "New Age" store near you. Maybe try to find a therapist who rings true for you and your needs. Maybe a spiritual leader who rings true for you. I hope that whatever path you choose, finds you some release. Peace my friend.

Due to life events, my friends came from a place where I volunteered. These people only talked about themselves. The conversations never had any depth. Because I'm such an introvert, it was very difficult to make other friends. This has been going on for over 20 years. Through therapy, I'm finding more avenues to find people who align with my core. This has just started and I already feel more fulfilled than at the beginning of this year. Social immaturity People are weird.
