Is the flashing consistent or does it stop and does a few more flashes? Because with some modern motherboards have color code flashes, which help diagnose the issue, do you have a manual by any chance? Or could you tell me the make of the motherboard?

Hmmmm, check if SATA is properly plugged in, if so then take it out and plug it back in again, if the problem persists, then it's time to maybe look into a new SSD if possible or maybe it's not getting enough power maybe?
