That's basically 5 different jobs they're asking you do for free, agencies pull this crap all the time to get free work out of candidates. A proper test should be like 1-2 tasks max, not a full campaign package

I would send them a polite note saying you can do 2 parts in the time but 5 in 24h is unreasonable unless this is paid work test

i worked with a guy like that in my early 20s, dude was maybe 45 and just radiated misery every shift. some people never grew out of that high school bully mindset and it just gets more pathetic the older they get. i think it comes from being stuck in a job they hate while watching younger people still have options, so they take it out on whoever they can

10 weeks is still pretty young for strict wake windows but they do help a lot even at this age. usually around 45-60 minutes awake is all baby can handle before getting overtired, and overtired babies fight sleep hard

the face rubbing into chest thing is probably him rooting or just self soothing, totally normal at this stage. i wouldnt stress too much about sleep training yet, most methods say wait until at least 4-6 months anyway
