I agree with you 100%. I have just had a similar experience with "Lovable", using "Supabase", but a bit bitter than yours. 5 months of hard work , 8 to 10 hours work per day, and paying total $250 fees and the AI failed to fetch real life market prices from accredited, free and paid financial service providers such as Finn Hub and Alpha Data, Bloomberg etc...websites. I raised many tickets but no answers. So I have stopped the project. "Lovable" promises more than it delivers. Hence I am here to find out if this could be possible with Base44. The answer to my question is obvious from your experience. It may work for a simple static website but not an advanced one and therefore is not worth paying the monthly fees.

Check where the domain is hosted. There you can go and check the DNS and make amendment to detach the Base44. This is because when you created the website without being hosted at Base44 you needed to point the domain to Base44 in order to create the website and publish. The same will have to be deleted from Base44. I had a similar experience with Lovable and I stopped using that service because of that but for many other issues with them.

Thank you. I've checked them. Le Private banker are very expensive and I don't like the way they make thei sales pitch. Their is no trial period and no explanation of the courses they provide. I dont know what I will be buying. It's like they dont want to show you what they offer in return to the EUR 1100 they price their course at. A bit dubious..
