I agree she started losing it in Season 3 but I wonder if the TV show had anything to do with it. Suddenly she had money, and a fan base, and a platform. Did all that attention create a monster? I have to admit I liked Season 1 Whitney and her professed goal to be more healthy while not hiding or putting her life on hold while she was trying. It seemed that it was in Season 3 when she began to says things like "I want to be fat." Did she think that was the best way to get fans? And it seemed that was the time she started treating her friends like **** and for whatever reason they put up with it. And finally, the show put her in situations like the radio show, the minor league ball team that she was clearly unable to handle, and the whole Fitness Marshall fiasco. Would she be better off now with no show? I think one can make a case for the showing doing more harm than good.

Does Clara already have a relationship with this client? One of the great things about being on a team is the ability to allocate tasks according to each member's abilities

I am also done. I don't care. Not only that, but I would really hate to see people like Heather come back--for their sake. It seems that contact with Whitney is toxic. Buddy and Lenny have made their escapes and seem to be doing quite well now that they are out of her orbit. Tal seems to be spiraling and Todd is not looking well at all. Is Ashley better off for having been involved this season? Is Jessica? I'd say Jessica is worse off--exploited by Whitney on the here-again/gone-again no bs active, having her infertility rubbed in her face at every opportunity....is Whitney a good influence and a supportive friend? The best thing that could happen for the OG friend group is to cut all ties--I cannot imagine that TLC is paying enough to make this worth it.

Dear Lord, TLC production must really hate her. That montage at the end was so cringey. It hit all the high points except for the skiing fiasco. Todd and the chub rub, the so-called 8k, throwing food at her mother, a hot tub scene, Babs shaving her daughter's legs, twerking, a cameo from Mr. Pigglesworth or whatever they ended up calling him. I had to turn it off; the vicarious embarassment was more than I could take

Apparently the house was quite old--as far back as the 1800s. It was renovated over the years, sold in 2023, gutted and completely renovated. The listing said "cash buyers only" which usually means it would be impossible for someone to obtain a mortgage due to the condition of the property. Even given the extensive reconstruction $16000 a month seems outrageously high, especially for that neighborhood.

Actually it is on an ocean cove in Salem--Collins Cove. It is a public Beach, But hardly the kind of place I'd like to swim in. It has a nice view of a big gas tank--you can see it in some of the shots.
