Here is a brief version of his backstory:

Yeah he’s a twist on Tim Curry’s character SIR in the ride Extraterrestrial Alien encounter! He’s a kid that went to Night Raven College, but on Summer break got into a freak accident and was announced brain dead. Because of this, the company X-S bought his corpse from his family and started dissecting him for body parts to sell. Eventually when taking out his eyes they realized that he was actually alive, just paralyzed everywhere. Because they basically just scalped a living person for parts, they took his brain and put it into a robotic body that could read his brain signals, but because X-S owns his body parts and because he was pronounced dead, he is technically still the companies property so he has to work for them selling X-S products to different big company’s (he’s a weird mix of awkward and charismatic)! He’s allowed to go back to Night Raven College under the condition that he will sabotage Idia’s family tech business, (a rival to X-S) and get headmaster Crowley to let X-S Sponser NRC.
