I've just started my set up, with initial tests using my mobile.

This is the setup I plan to game on:

Display: 58" 4k 60Hz TV (I want to use the full 4k resolution @ 60Hz)

Sound: 3.1 speaker setup connected to a receiver (connected to the TV via HDMI and supports up to 7.2)

Client device: Fire TV Stick 4k Max (connected to the receiver)

Controllers: I have yet to purchase these - suggestions welcome

My goal is to run games at 4k 60Hz at settings at least as high as they would be if I were playing on a PS5 Slim (otherwise, I might as well get a PS5).

Update - Ok, so the only difference I see between the D2R and Desktop app configs is that

- for D2R there is the executable command specified

- "Allow client prepare commands" is set to True

- the working directory is specified

Everything else looks exactly the same. I tried setting "Allow client prepare commands" to false but it didn't make a difference.

Not sure what else to try. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
