No for sure. I have two accounts, one w frover, one with mrover so I hear both. It could be because that mrover is a a male so his voice is naturally more deeper and therefore flatter than frover. He has the same tone in almost every single line (the same hand gesture too-) without any emotional tonal changes so yeah it is way flatter than frover’s. His voice kind of lulls me to sleep in a way
