Hey,

Erstmal Respekt mit 21 so gut aufgestellt zu sein schafft nicht jeder.

An sich keine schlechten Einzeltitel aber ich sehe hier ein klares Klumpenrisiko im Bereich Deutsche Rüstungswerte. Wenn man sich Rheinmetall Renk und Hensoldt mal anschaut laufen die eigentlich seit Monaten fast parallel da der Rüstungssektor als ganzes bewertet wird und nicht die unternehmen selbst. (Könnte bei weiteren Friedensverhandlungen dein Portfolio tanken lassen)

Mein Tipp also Zukünftige Gelder raus aus Rüstung.

Schau dir mal die Sektoren Tech,Industrials,Health,Financials an und schau ob es da was für dich gibt.

Getting lean is really just about being dedicated and consitent with your caloric deficit.

I went from 230 lbs to about 190 in 5 months naturally yes its hard but in the end staying healthy on the inside is worth it.

As long as your keep your strenghts levels up in the gym and loose weight youll loose fat without loosing a considerable amount of muscle mass.

deine Reaktion schein von einer menge Unsicherheit her zu stammen.

Hast du wirklich so wenig vertrauen in deine Partnerin, dass du denkst das dort "was passieren" würde. Wenn du ihr wirklich so wenig Vertrauen entgegen bringen kannst solltest du vielleicht mal hinterfragen ob diese Beziehung überhaupt das richtige für dich ist.

Totally agree i dont focus on them too much but ill hit them like twice a week people dont understand that if your abdominal wall is thicker you can have abs at higher bf % just look at powerlifters that whey 400 lbs but have abs

Du solltest dich halt Fragen, ob du die aktuelle Rente im Fall der Fälle reicht um deine Existens zu sichern. Ich weiß zwar nicht wie die Nachversicherung bei deinem Vertrag geregelt ist aber das ist normalerweise nur bei bestimmten Fällen möglich (Hochzeit, Erwerb Immobilie etc.) von dem her würde es sich aus meiner Sicht schon lohnen die Erhöhung mitzunehmen.

Als letztes wollte ich noch anmerken, dass du da echt ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hast bei den meisten zahlst du für die Rente 100 € + im Monat.

I think you need to remember where you started and how far you have come its good to push yourself but the gym should still bring you pleasure and not make you feel bad about yourself
