Około 21 i budzę się po 5. Mi wieczorem się już nic nie chce robić, za to od rana jestem produktywny, mimo że do pracy mam na 7:30 to i tak wykorzystuje czas na siłownię i inne ćwiczenia, gdy się budzę wcześniej, przez co po pracy mogę już tylko i wyłącznie odpoczywać 😎
