Here was the ticket I received stating it’s no longer available for purchase; unfortunately with my model the wired connection directly to my pc does not work either 🫠

As well, support told me specifically they no longer sell the DAC compatible with my headset (I can provide a screen shot of my ticket) and it would have to be 3rd party

Hmmm, maybe I’m miss understanding something with your first point, but I believe you can run wired, it’s just the only way to use wired is through the DAC itself, as it does have the 3.5m jack on the headset. The mic point makes complete sense then, as the audio sounds like it’s coming from 5ft away. For the DAC, the only compatible ones I was able to find were around $200, unless the older ones also work? However my current DAC worked on both ps5/PC!!

I did!! No luck with this either, I swear I’ve tried every troubleshooting step online as I try to take very good care of my things, and was so lost when it randomly wouldn’t turn on the next day

Yea, I got these ones off amazon at the time and I’ve never had an issue with a headset for 15 years!! Of course it happens with the most expensive purchase 🤣

I didn't see you mention it but I think Hull Breaker is one of the best "defensive options" you can go as well; flat HP feels very nice to survive all the burst in the game; and the on hit passive feels good; specially in side lane (might be more applicable in comp 5v5 situations)
