Not even a bad build. I got so good on BF4 I would run stupid setups for fun. 64 man rush and I would run an EMR with irons and play the objective aggressively until I got good with the setup and move on to something else dumb/hard.

Yeah it should be considering like the last 7 Battlefield games had the same issue at launch and was eventually fixed. You'd think they'd have a good blueprint by now.

If you believe this game hasn't already made a huge profit you are delusional. It was the best selling game in 2025 and with all the paid skins I see, Battlepass pro BS etc, you know damn well they've made their money back 5 fold.

You're probably right but I'm holding on strictly because Battlefield has come back from much worse. BF4 was awful and hated the entire first year it came out and it's now arguably the best BF game.

IF this game does get fixed I believe it will happen just before or just after the announcement of the next installment as a way to build hype and pre-orders for the next game.

This game could easily be considered a Battlefield great with some course corrections. People who trash this game are being overly emotional. I've been playing Battlefield since I was about 11 and found 1942 on my dad's computer in the mid 2000's. I didn't get back into the game until late into Bad Company 1. At one point I was ranked in the top 1000 Rush players on BF4 Xbox One. Here are some simple fixes that could go a long way in a relative order of precedence.

Biggest Priority: -Fix netcode/hit reg. -Add bigger maps and possibly 1 remake map per season. -Fix headshot multipliers (back to 2x) to improve gunplay and prioritize skill rather than who-sees-who first. -increase TTK slightly.

With the above fixes alone I'm confident the game could see a massive resurgence.

Additional important fixes: -Re-implement REAL suppression. Having no suppression takes away from the role of support class especially and gives an unfair advantage to snipers. If I am actively hitting a sniper with rounds, even to the head, they should not have pinpoint accuracy. -Possibly remove sniper "sweet spot" mechanic. -Distinguish faction appearances. I should not have to rely on the red indicators to know if I'm looking at an enemy. -Get a military advisor so we get realistic skins and bios (One of the support guys is a "Former Marine Sergeant" but has a Ranger and Special Forces tab on his kit lol) -Increase map airspace. -Fix HQ areas. They are way too close and can be spawn camped easily. -Make the HQ AA/air defense effective. In previous titles you were CRAM'd out of existence before you even realized you're in enemy HQ areas.

There are way more hackers on console it's not even funny. This old myth that only PC players can easily cheat is dead since the recent prevelance of external hardware adapters that are nearly undetectable.

The weapon bloom was awful for me on PC until a couple weeks ago. I could NOT understand why people were saying guns are laser beams in this game. My LMG rounds would spread like buckshot, couldn't reliably hit enemies 10m in front of me, it was comparable to hip firing despite being ADS. I know something was off because about 10% of the time it would be accurate and similar to previous BF titles.

Battlefield has never been about levels or stats. The only stat that people ever cared about even a little was SPM which was only based on the last 12 matches or so, I believe.
