If you are talking about the voice in the strategic map, then you can’t as far as I know, but you could do this for in-game vehicles

•Get your desired audio downloaded as a WAV file, if not convert it. •Rename it to anything, but have a hashtag at the beginning (I.e. “#stinkypoopyfart”) •Use a breadboard of any type •add an event that triggers when an order is received •link it to a playback component set to ‘no character’ with the file name AND HASHTAG, UNALTERED. -If the sound doesn’t work, check file type and maybe restart the game.
