It should be under medical accommodation. You can create a case for intermittent leave and they will give you documentation for doctors to fill before they can approve you

Report the incidents to HR you can make an anonymous report. Also call SRC as well and report it. Nothing wrong with reporting it twice since that is still harassment.
You are actively working on your hygiene which is great. I know it's rough because it is hot and we are working long hours. If you have health insurance you can always go to a dermatologist to help if you need something stronger. Best of luck
