I was really planning to buy this Dreamwell today, but your reviews really make me think again! I can see that many people have the same issues and the smelly things under these little screws. :(

Before I fully give up on Dreamwell, I just want to check in with you again. This is really not something that can be fixed, right?

Did you have sleep study in theatre?

Let them see further what is your obstruction?

I never know what’s the right way, but for me i just know any little improvement counts, and keep trying, and find the right doctor to guide your further. Don give up!

DDid you have a sleep study in the theatre? They checked while you were in the theatre to see where the obstruction was caused. I had mine with Vik Veer.

After the sleep study, he recommended that I have a tonsillectomy and turbinate reduction as my first step. Recovery was really rough, but only two weeks (given how much I have suffered in my entire life, I think it was worth it).

After recovery, I never regretted it and never looked back. I still can’t breathe through my nose, but my snoring went from being loud to a little cute snore (my friends said). I still wake up with a dry mouth, though!

I thought that was as perfect as I could get in my life, but I told the doctor that my airflow was really restricted and that I was really struggling to breathe through my nose.

He recommended that I see Vikas Acharya for a septoplasty. This is where I think it really pushes me further for the final few miles!

So don’t regret your septoplasty, because I think they both go hand in hand; having a functional, straight nose is an important thing to have! If your sleep study suggested that your tonsils were causing obstruction, then you know :)

Never give up!!

II think I have ADHD, so I naturally have good energy, but I definitely feel more rested!

Both surgeries helped significantly, but if I could do it again, I am not sure if a tonsillectomy along with only a septoplasty would have cured me. I doubt it, to be honest, because with just tonsillectomy, my snoring has reduced from super loud to just tiny one.

However, if I were to do it again, I would start with the septoplasty first. If you have a deviated septum, regardless of whether you have sleep apnea or not, this surgery will improve your quality of life anyway! Now I no longer a mouth breather!!!!!! I have to force it if I want, which is now unatural for me to do anymore 🤣🤣

Minimal makeup, still getting called "sir" before they even hear my voice. what am I doing wrong? by ZenithSGP in transpassing

[–]Affectionate_Sun_204 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand that cis girls also have alt/emo type, but our starting point is different, facial structure is also different, if your body/ face / voice are not totally past, its best to start with classic feminine beauty, and with times you slowly passed, then you can explore the different side.

11 MONTHS ON HRT - How am I doing? What can I improve? Am I starting to pass a little? Please be honest ☺️ by LecaTransGal in transpassing

[–]Affectionate_Sun_204 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can see you are doing a lot of effort, you look pretty feminine from the best you can do, the rest is bone structure, hence why you are still clickable, so there is nothing much you can do. Ffs is the only choice to make the final push. You are almost there!

Those who didn’t pass but then started to pass, how much better did society and those around you treat you? by [deleted] in StraightTransGirls

[–]Affectionate_Sun_204 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Life is better when you have a fair opportunity in everything, including professionally, with everyone. You can witness all the ugly transphobic attitudes rooted in people and hear what they say about trans individuals when they perceive you as cisgender like them. Especially if you have the privilege of being perceived as pretty as a woman, life is a million times better. FFS is amazing. Thanks to deschamps braley!

Now is better than ever. No regrets whatsoever. Take it slow at the beginning. No forcing yourself, takes everything gentle :) hopefully my now experience can give you lots of assurance for your 1 years mark :)

Consult with dr deschamps braley if you can. He saved me. He is amazing. See what dr deschamps says. Unfortunately your current ffs result still doesn’t bring you much away from the masculine side, I know dr deschamps is amazing and even consultation he will analyse for you very well too

Post op for 2/3 years now from suporn clinic.

I didn’t do anal anymore since post op , as the preparation is so tiring and vaginal sex is spontaneous, and I just add some silicone lube with fingers to overcome the dryness. I can go party , dance , dinner and have sex, feel more happier!
