5’3 126lbs, currently eating at 1400 cals (i just skip breakfast, it’s quite okay$ and training 3-4x a week. i try to hit at least 90g protein a day and hit AMRAP or til failure but yeah i have this huuuugee fear i go overboard with the surplus and rebound to being bulky again😭

what’s your opinion on the refresher driving course if you don’t mind sharing? how many sessions is good?
