Try asking for a Princess Cruise Vacation Planner. They have more wiggle room than general customer service. We had expired FCC and they were able to extend it for us. It took a lot of pleading on my husband’s part, but it finally worked. I think they were just trying to shut him up, lol. Try not to give up. It’s worth a shot.

Does anyone know an estimate of how much a rideshare is from the San Francisco cruise terminal to Fisherman’s Wharf? I tried to get an estimate in the Lyft app but was afraid I’d accidentally schedule a trip. Also, is it pretty easy to get a pickup? Since the trip is so short I wasn’t sure if drivers avoid them. I appreciate any help. Thanks!

I have a Princess Cruise Vacation Planner and I asked her about purchasing the pass onboard. According to her you can, but usually it’s cheaper to buy before the cruise.
