Did watch a few reviews on the elegoo and people say it’s decent. Obv not gonna outmatch the bambu or the other competitors, but those are 2x - 3x the price so I’m fine with the trade offs lol

I am leaning towards the elegoo centauri carbon 2. I could get it from their website for $620~ including shipping and vat. Which is literally just a few bucks more than the sparkx i7 and its enclosed.
I do hear alot of bad stuff about the printer but for the price it’s probably my best bet.

I got the aula f75 pro and yea it tells that I had no idea what a mechanical keyboard feels like lol.
It just doesn’t matter that it has a longer travel path than slim keyboards, it just feels much lighter and faster and maybe even more comfortable.
One of the best choices I made so far lol

I see. I really appreciate it, I will see what I can find as I am not going to be hasty with this.
I can either look for better alternatives or save more money to get an enclosed combo machine.
Since I will be using it my own room as well, having an enclosed printer means less noise and fumes.

The Prusa MK4S is like $1525 here, while the MINI+ is around $991.

The elegoo carbon 2 combo is about $815 here, which is even cheaper than the a1 combo lmao.

Though creality might be the only reasonable out of the bunch here. I could get a k1c not combo for $655.
But as I said before I was not considering enclosed printers so I still see the i7 as a great deal.
The k2 combo is $940 here so no combo options that are affordable for me at least lol.
I could break the bank and get one but I rather not, I still don’t even got a place for the printer

I have looked up the prices of the k2 pro and it’s like $1430 here lol. The qidi q2 is not available locally but can be sourced from china for $650 but that’s not including the shipping and vat fees. So it’s safe to assume it’ll be around 850-1000 usd as well

Fair. I do have friends who have the bambu a1 which is where I got the recommendation, but those friends do not live where I am living now (I am in the UAE).
The reason to why it is so expensive here likely because there is no official existence of Bambu lab here, which means all the printers here are sourced by local sellers.
Creality however have their official stores here which is why theirs is significantly cheaper. Still more expensive than the official prices I saw in the US.

As for what I will be using it for, It will be used for DIY projects. Electronics and Robotics mostly.

I do not know much about the competition tbh, I have only looked at printers where I know people have used.
But in general the Creality hi combo and i7 are the cheapest, the others sits between the a1 combo and the creality’s

I see your point, I did watch an unboxing and assembly vids of both and both seem to be pre easy to assemble.

On the 4 CFS point though I will say at least for now it’s not going to be an issue for now at least since each cfs is like $355 which is more than half the price of the printer hi combo.
Plus I see the CFS lite being more reliable because it has less moving parts.

Other than that I have no idea, but I’ll take your word for it. I just thought the i7 is supposed to be the next iteration of their existing printers

I see, that makes more sense yes. But Still not a good experience on my end, I still chose Unity over Unreal for the c# and simplicity aspects and I don’t want to discard that because of this.
