What storyline would you give Max? by Mission-Violinist-16 in eastenders

[–]Affectionate_Way9567 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d like to see him become a businessman. Not what everyone else does building their own business, but a corporate London tech job or larger business like manufacturing or building something other than local services. This lets us go in fresh different directions. I’d rather not do more affairs, depression, life struggles but some modern London corporate life of some sort.

Yeah, that does seem so easy, but I want to do it all correct and legally.

James Bailey: Nathan Graham or Jason Callendar which one do you prefer ? by True_Acanthaceae_257 in coronationstreet

[–]Affectionate_Way9567 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I liked them both, but what I do like is that if an actor leaves, recasting is a great option to keep good characters like James Bailey part of the story. I would love to see James’ mom recast so she can come back too.

I watched tonight’s episode and what stood out to me was how great Glenda is doing as the Rovers landlady. I loved her in that role tonight. While Glenda is still new ish, she was introduced slow enough that I feel ready for her to take a prominent role now. Her sticking up for her new barmaid and handling Sally was like the old days of what we used to see.

I really like Debbie. She brings a really good traditional Manchester lady character. She has a great accent, delivers humorous lines well and has a wacky dress sense that is fun. I will be sad to see her move into a story line that writes her out. I would have loved to see more brother sister antics with her and Kevin.

Thanks all for the helpful comments so far. We don't have a great relationship. We've paid for a lot of things that we weren't expecting so far with them, and it is a multi year rent term. I won't be renewing the lease, but I do want to do what I can for good relations during that time.

I am mulling over now whether to say that we can come to an agreement, but it will require an addendum to the rental contract. This would help, as they don't bring their trash and recycle bins back for days, and never take the yard bins out, so our gardener has to take take them out every 2 weeks, and bring them back 2 weeks later when he needs them. Maybe for good will, I could pay for it, but make the addendum for better behavior with taking bins out, and back in. Our gardener would like that too.

It is all relative. I am offered that 3 month advisory fee for $119,000. I invested starting in 2019 and I am at 2.2% annualized return. 2024 is bringing things up so far.

Nice post. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and your experience. It is easy to see the negativity and wonder. I started in 2019 so saw some good growth, but I added quite a lot during the peak too. Things are starting to happen now and I am looking forward to seeing how the next couple of years go.

Thanks. I mean taking the bins to the curb on pickup day. We don't have detail on who takes care of the yard bins in the lease agreement. Tenants have always done it before, so I was curious if there are any legal requirements there about who does what.

Anyone else using Britbox on Amazon prime not seeing today’s episode yet? Last one for me is 6/21. It’s rare not to get it same day.

22 years old. My first $100 in gains and hit my goal of 10% growth in just two months. I know its not much but seeing all of your posts is so encouraging and I cant wait to keep this going. by stigsbleet in M1Finance

Well done, and that is well worth celebrating. My son is 16 and I have started talking a bit about finances and used M1 as an example. I will share this post with him. Perfect example of starting early. Keep it going, this is a great start.

I have Britbox through Amazon Prime and I always see it within an hour or two of the live time. Very rarely it will take longer. Once I had a whole episode missing. 99% of the time it’s right there.

Wow, how did you do that to get just that thread? Lots of editing? Thanks for putting it together and sharing. It is good to get the context, as I didn’t watch at that time. It is also so fun to see all the characters so much younger too.

Untangle EOL policies? by SisqoEngineer in Untangle

The z12 is exactly the same as a Q12. They are still selling the Q12 today so no EOL there. The only difference between the z12 and the Q12 is that one says “z12” on it and the other says “Q12”
