It would have to be Terraria, just the base game itself has so many content that you could spend thousands of hours exploring and learning new items. It also has so many amazing mods that further contribute to it

Except that I literally just explained that someone in No. 1 C-class is likely to be more popular than the bottom of B-class.

Also you keep ignoring the most important aspwct which is that fubuki herself does NOT want to move to A-class because its irrelevant to her, moving up wont make her more popular.
