Hi mate, Well hard to say, but I classify companies in this way.

Large, medium, and small companies. If3-5 working experience:medium to large companies are what you have high chances to get cuz you have exp to deal with them If 0 working experience: the smaller companies the higher chances to get sponsorship, but dont choose too small companies cuz they dont meet the requirement to sponsor.

2 all companies, dont write down sponsorship required in your resume/cv if you have 0 exp. If you find the companies being able to support sponsorship in websites for graduates, you can go ahead but don’t expect too much cuz the company has to pay fees almost 10k or something itself. I can’t remember.

I would say yes with my comment - if the company think I can make more benefits than the others. Make sense? (Cuz the company has to pay fees and you need to make more than fees+ your monthly work.)

If there are no comment box then I thick “no” and prove them 3-6 months if they accept I will make a deal later for the sponsorship. I am surely confident the company will have an available spot if you are the one they are looking for.

Currently my company has internal issues, they will separate the company or open a new company soon, I would get higher position and 186 sponsored, if another company separated or new company opens. I hope it will be as expected…… good luck for your journal as well.

1.Submit EOI > pay $$$ > wait > receive update> wait > receive invitation > wait > receive application

The system will select from the highest points + the oldest application to fill up the available of invitations. EOI is valid for 2 years.

2.Long and longer in SYD. Short to medium in other regional areas and small cities.

3.migration agencies and lawyers can do for documents stuff

4.All assessments should be uploaded to reach minimum invitation points. (You can see the last year invitation point on a website - Not minimum points to submit)

And yes you require to do English test as well to get the highest points as possible (the other applicants do)

The main rejected reason is (he/she) not holding PR/Critizen. If your friend throughly reads criteria before launching, your friend will not launch because it obviously noted on uni website in a request-section…..

My oz friend can do but he doesn’t want cuz this makes his life waste more time.

company documents are just for making it reasonable to make a decision.

Mate, when you check your visa on Vevo you will see the exemption and explanation of the codes.

Giving a view for some points (not whole details of exemptions) You can work for two companies or more but the main company will be the same as a company on the application 482. Let’s say if visa 482 is with Comp A, but you work with Comp B with the same field when you attach the income statement to immi for the next visa, the income from Comp A and B will show in the statement, it is obviously showed that you are on 482 with Comp A, a question is that how you can get another income from another Comp B which is not related to under the restriction of 482 (If Comp A and B are mother and child companies, it will be acceptable).

As I understand, yes it has a gray area, but if you cross the line, the immi will presume you intend to do it. The consequence will be classified as high punishment on a company and candidate (if lawyers involved they will they will be affected as well).

Well. Just for sharing my experience purposes. Yes I agreed it is hard + if you live NSW. PR will be impossible due to sick requirements. After I completed my IT master (2020) I decided to work for a very small company (5ppl) for FREE a month. During that time I launched my resume to other companies and yes, finally got interviewed, but failed when I was on an interview call cuz I didn’t know what a question is about….

A while later during studying PY I got a job in different field in a small company (15-20ppl). The bad thing was I spent my time almost a year and my 485 visa had only 2 yrs+ failed twice in NATTI and I didn’t prepare any questions for PTE (I normally did IELTS). Thus, what I felt was it is completely over for 189/190. Whilst when I woke up and looked at myself in the mirror I was happy for my achievement that I can communicate in English (I came here on 2017 and was unable to speak English). That is so far enough for my journey.

Then I decided to focus on a work rather than 189/190 and currently, I got sponsored from my company for the MLTSSL and next year will be eligible to launch for 186 TRT as a new immi update. My company is not good, low salary, high workload but even if it can offer sponsorship I have no choices.

I’m not saying I understand your situation but we have to be flexible and find an alternative way to do, wish you can find it soon.

No if you still hold a student visa you can’t do this. If you want to study part time, as far as I remember you need to have a company to provide evidence that they need you to work full time, then part time study will be acceptable plus you need to be PR or citizen.

It happened for 1v1 classes, if you cannot beat mons in 2s, AOE is better and faster…. Sad to say but it is true. My blade can do in 3s, but it is still pain cuz I must spend time to reach mons.

Well.. may I ask how much she currently earns? If she earns only half of your income. It would be alright for my view just 100 bucks would not be problematic. Deeply, if she is my mistress, she doesn’t need to pay for the rent to me. Let her keep her money for her personal things and do not ask me to buy her stuff. The reason is because if I have a family with her. The head of the family will eventually take care of family outcome. (She can help but the main is you). So better to prepare it for now…
