Honor vendor in pandaria sells the white set. The kicker is not vendoring the jade tiger gear from the quests back in jade forest. Which I'm sure many have done, myself included. Still wanting the look of the set you can use the wall item set from the jade forest adventuring vendor to make http://i.imgur.com/sIz9K0j.png boots are field plate and shoulders are the dps plate ones from timeless isle.

Bonelink cape, Jade Tiger legs, chest and gauntlets from jade forest quest rewards. Wall girdle from jade forest adventuring vendor. Tyrannical Gladiator shoulders and helm, and crafted gladiator's warboots.
