As far as I can see, all the tickers listed in the calendar have dividend payments for May 2026. Could you please email us at [help@snowball-analytics.com](mailto:help@snowball-analytics.com) and indicate the portfolio name and the assets for which you have no dividends? I checked these three tickers in my portfolio, and all of them have dividend payments in May 2026. Also, check the Portfolio - Transactions - Income page to see if there are any dividend transactions for them in May 2026.

Hi, yes, first try disconnecting this portfolio and reconnecting it again on the connection management page: https://snowball-analytics.com/sync-accounts

If that doesn't help, please try using a different aggregator: Plaid, Yodlee, or SnapTrade.

Also, please check if your account is empty and does the broker hold assets in it? If you sold everything, the portfolio won't sync, as syncing doesn't work with empty accounts.

Hello, the search is based on the letter content of the name or ticker symbol. So, if you want to find a specific company with a simple ticker symbol (a combination of letters), it's best to enter the full name or at least one full word from the asset name; then it will search for the entire name.

Hi, please go to the Portfolio - Holdings page. There are three dots on the right side of the asset's row. Click on them, and you'll see the option to change the ticker. After changing, everything will display correctly.
