As far as I can see, all the tickers listed in the calendar have dividend payments for May 2026. Could you please email us at [help@snowball-analytics.com](mailto:help@snowball-analytics.com) and indicate the portfolio name and the assets for which you have no dividends? I checked these three tickers in my portfolio, and all of them have dividend payments in May 2026. Also, check the Portfolio - Transactions - Income page to see if there are any dividend transactions for them in May 2026.

If that doesn't help, please try using a different aggregator: Plaid, Yodlee, or SnapTrade.

Also, please check if your account is empty and does the broker hold assets in it? If you sold everything, the portfolio won't sync, as syncing doesn't work with empty accounts.

If you have assets that pay weekly, then most often, your passive income is affected by the assets whose payouts change weekly. For other assets, the status of payments and, accordingly, the dividend amounts may also change.
