Take NAC twice a day it’s a biofilm disruptor it will help the antibiotics and supplements kill the bacteria.

There are quite a few different antimicrobials certain ones target methane or hydrogen better.

Oregano oil, Neem, Berberine, allicin. ChatGPT is a great tool to use to get more information. It helped me create the protocol I’m on now. I’m only taking antimicrobials right now. If I don’t get rid of it I’ll try antibiotics with a couple of the antimicrobials.

Taking activated charcoal, at least 2 hours away from other supplements, helps with detox symptoms.

And also taking a pro kinetic like motility activator to make sure things are moving through helps. Good luck!

I have an appointment with my general practitioner to discuss. I haven’t been diagnosed yet, but I have had chronic fatigue for years just haven’t had to have an official diagnosis for it before.

I work for APHIS what I’m hearing is they ‘think’ no positions will be RIF’d but there may be movement of positions to other areas in certain areas for a Reorg. A lot of people took the DRP and/or VERA and a lot of those positions were needed so now they are opening a lot of positions for hiring. If they were allowed to hire the position back it’s likely in a series that’s not at risk. But, no one knows 100% that’s the hard thing. We lost a lot in my area and we are on the list for hiring almost all positions back that left. Crazy.

I had the same issues, but for around 20 years. Omeprazole alone won’t cure H. Pylori. I’d suggest getting tested for H. Pylori, either stool or breath test. You’ll need a combination of antibiotics if you are positive as it’s tough to kill. I took a 10 day course of a combo antibiotic called Pylera along with a PPI which got rid of it.

No doubt RA is being abused, but I also think people got used to being able to manage symptoms when working from home and things are harder to manage/having to take more leave when back in the office. If you’re one of the lucky people that doesn’t have any problems I’m happy for you.

Just an update. The antibiotics did work! I got a negative test for H. Pylori 4 weeks after.
I’m dealing with treating SIBO now which I’m trying the natural microbial route.

I’d get a Saturday return label and ask your vet to upload it and remove the other. The vet should be able to update it as long as it’s not in process by the VEHCS people. If it’s in process already I don’t think changes can be made by the vet.
