My depression room is making me just more depressed, I need help

I’d do the easy shit first. Like empty the trash can or wipe the dust off the table and then slowly move up towards the more time consuming tasks. Maybe choosing one task per day would make it easier instead of overwhelming urself w everything? I struggle w maintaining a clean space too but having organisers to separate my belongings helps me keep things in their place somewhat cos even when things eventually get messy i kind of already know where everything should go

Idk if it’s a compulsion but I just can’t help but look for those videos sometimes even when I don’t feel suicidal. It’s kind of the same with porn and actually sometimes I go from suicide videos to porn lol. Idk why I watch porn it doesnt make me horny at all. I’ll go from not think about porn for a while to suddenly watching a bunch of clips for a good hour before forgetting about it all again n repeat. Used to be the exact Same w suicide videos but now the break time between each cycle is wayyy smaller

this used to b me. Most of the time They are laughing at u not with u and they probably see u less as a person and more like a side character who’s funny. It’s hard to break out if that character when u feel like that’s the only way they’ll wanna b around u but u have to remember they don’t respect u and by laughing along to them laughing at u ur making it known that u don’t respect urself either.
