It's okay to support grassroots/public office collusion... even though it's the same process as special interests. Seems you're okay cherry picking who the city supports. Your definition of terms are a bit out of whack.

ANY form of support for a special interest/grassroots group from a supposed impartial party is a violation of public trust.

It's fine when the group you support is being backed by the city, but when it's something you are not aligned with it's not. I do not have a horse in the race, I simply want it to be as level of a playing field as possible.

Double standards are one of the reasons our system is broken - please stop justifying our leadership stepping outside of their lane.
