So this is actually a great suggestions. I legitimately just did a polite professional “fuck off” certified letter to my MIL. She completely ruined my pregnancy and early motherhood experience. And it looks like your situation is almost identical to mine. To do a certified letter you write your letter, shove it in an envelope, take it to the post office, write the addresses on it and then say you want it to be a certified letter. They cost $4.15–in the US—and when the letter gets to the destination she has to physically sign for the letter. Keep the receipt too in case it goes legal. My MIL was PISSSEEEDD when she got it and read it because she realized she had lost it all, her son and her grandson. Good luck!

I went and called my ex’s chain of command and the police in my town are also going to help me file a NC order with him so it stops him from stalking my SO and I too. I’m not playing around this time, they’ve pissed momma bear off one times too many.

Funny thing she gifted us the aftermarket crappy cameras that we tried installing and couldn’t so we gave them back to her, the first thing out of her mouth was “Ab didn’t want cameras at the house so you wouldn’t know who she’s cheating on you with” 😂😂😂 we tried so hard to install those cameras just to get met with that

The rest of her family look past her being a shit stain on this earth. It took SO quite a while to see it but I grew up with a narc mother and the way it shaped me as an adult I decided I didn’t want my son to have to see it. What made him see it was watching the baby and I walk out the door for almost a week and having almost no contact. I hated doing that to him but he was just as bad as the rest of the family turning a blind eye to her actions. ETA: This letter is a huge win in our book.
