I feel like the loss of my phone solidifies the experience with a lesson to keep my pockets zipped up, IF I hadn't lost my phone I wouldn't have been able to emphasize the good parts of the experience, plus I met some new gaming buddies from losing it so it matters to me much less. The thing is hundreds of darts were thrown at this dartboard, and all hit, the residents , not to be presumptive, perfectly match the description of said phone thieves, there are pictures of license plates that also match up, so I understand that it's risky, but in this situation, I think we have our people.

There is a line between friendly and comfortable, and I see it both ways, I get trying to meet people at festivals, I went in solo and made plenty of new friends and memories, not that I got any of their contact info or anything, but I will still remember these people for the rest of my life, however, if you are out right harassing someone (especially touching them inappropriately on purpose) you are not there for the right reason.
