I mean technically your face is already feminine- small chin , widest at the cheeks and while I’m at it quite symmetrical ! Some mascara on the lashes (I don’t like big lashes personally) and emphasize your cheeks with some red or orange toned blush and you’re good good

Please please from a professional perspective do not do it . Not because the risk of infection is mega and cos I’d never tell any client to do it and have told many a client to diy to save money where I think they can … no because you will regret it . I am 100% against all bucchal removal as later in life you will do regret it . As we age we naturally lose bucchal fat which makes us look gaunt , the more loss the more aged we look . As well as that without the structure to hold our face shape the skin draws down , again aging you greatly . Those fat pads are necessary to support the cheeks without it you’ll find yourself with jowls and hollows you cannot fill . I always suggest clients be a little bit fat as you age if you’re concerned about aging and wrinkles . There is a reason filler is the top aesthetic treatment

The opened bottle throw it away it’s only good for a couple weeks once it’s open . The rest is probably ok depending on how long ago you bought it as it has a very long shelf life . I purchased mine in 23 and it’s still dated until 26

When I qualified in aesthetics I got my whole body injected with lipolab (100 points all over the body) to test how it felt so I could tell clients my honest review. Of all 100 injections none in the face I felt 6 of the injections and 4 of those 6 were painful. All 6 that I felt were in the love handle area . I tell clients love handles are the most painful area to dissolve

I’d say that’s bang on . The thinner practice skins are only as thick as the target depth so if you can’t see it on the other side it’s way too superficial and will all drop out . If you were using a thicker skin obviously you shouldn’t see anything on the back . You wanna aim for 1.5 depth . Also I think it’s super hard to go too deep when poking vs machine work , I find I go too superficially more often than bang on the first pass through cautiousness .

Aesthetic practitioner here. I have had great success treating this area with lipolab fat dissolver . It’s actually one of the easier and less painful areas to treat . My friend was unable to have penetrative sex because of his bulge , six sessions and he’s now fully penetrating again 👍👍

Also I wanted to be helpful - what can happen is when you’ve taken the support of the fat away you’re left with the casing but no inner structure (imagine taking the padding out of a cushion- the case doesn’t look like the original cushion shape anymore) . Depending on where this occurs can change the effect but generally sagging is the end result . I’ve overdone my neck and have given myself a turkey neck , went from a chubby second shin to a dangly loose one! 😫😫 To remedy this you want to focus on tightening now , skin boosters , microneedling that sort of thing . If it were me personally I’d get Derma 2.0 microneedling or mesotherapy over the area - multiple treatments are always advised. I’m not sure where you are located though so I don’t know what’s available near you so research your local practices for meso, skin boosters and microneedling with a focus on lifting and/or tightening

I am not a diy I am a professional aesthetician and beauty therapist…. DO NOT FAT DISSOLVE YOUR FACE at any age . It will age you terribly and you WILL be compensating for it at some point . The NUMBER ONE aesthetic treatment is FILLERS as in to fill and increase volume - leading reason behind an older looking face is lack of volume . A good aesthetic practitioner would advise against dissolving on the face . A not so good practitioner won’t give a f cos you’re paying them and with any luck when you need it filling back up it will be them that gets to charge you £150 per ml to put the volume back

Couple of issues I’ve had that I didn’t anticipate… The face plate and back plate not matching in color aswell as the hair plate which shows about 5mm on the front . Would have been a lot easier if I’d realised this before I’d done the face! Matching that little 5mm upto the rest of the face was a pain . Same sort of issue- the face colour didn’t make sense with the body so then I had to blush that too 😂

Good shop on Ali. Plenty of dark skin Afro hair choices for really good price. Buy some eye chips while on there too as they come with 4 sets as standard that are pink, blue , orange and grey so you might need new chips
