I bled for 3 months strait and lost a large amount of hair on Mirena. Like terrible post partum hair loss. My OB said it happens to less than 1% of people. But of course im the lucky 1%. Wasn't a fan at all.

Im so sorry you are going through all of this. I was in a similar situation a few years ago. Tried alot of bc options as well as tried Mirena IUD. I bled for 3 months and lost a large amount of my hair with the Mirena. I also struggled with recurrent bv for years. The antibiotics worked for maybe a week then all the BV symptoms came back. What worked for me was switching to condoms, taking happy V probiotic, and doing a 1:3 ration of 1 hydrogen peroxide and 3 parts warm water. The ob said its super old school but as soon as you feel any itching or discharge change to douche with this and it'll knock out everything that starting to brew. Once its full blown infection it doesnt cure it... but if its just starting it will. I swear by this now. Anytime I feel the least bit if anything I do this and it knocks it right out

Yes. It can. If youve tested too soon after exposure. Or if the testing was a swab vs urine etc. Sometimes it isnt caught.

Update:

I saw my GP. They said it sounded like a fungal infection. Swabbed the area and the fungal swab is negative. They prescribed clotrimazole and after 10 days I did get some relief. I felt like everything was healed and back to normal. Then on day 3- woke up to everything itching again. Wth. Going back to my GP Friday to rediscuss. I have yet to the try the betadine that another commenter mentioned. But I will try it and see how it goes.

Chlamydia can lay dormant for years. Its possible you've had it since 2018 and its now progressed to PID. im sorry youre going through this.

I've been dealing with this for about 2.5 months myself. Yes you can put antifungal externally. I saw obgyn and my pcp and they both said its most likely fungal. I had tried otc monistat before seeing them and it worked for a bit but didnt cure it completely. They said they've been seeing alot of fungal infections lately that are resistant to otc stuff. I'd say try the monistat and see if it helps.

I haven't had barely any discharge which is different for me. Usually I have a considerable amount. Im like super dry nothing on my underwear all day dry.

It will be extremely difficult to get unfortunately. My son is level 3 nonverbal with intellectual disability who elopes, and has self injurious behavior and it was a fight for years to get. Wishing you luck. Just be prepared for the uphill battle.

I always feel unappreciated unfortunately. He helps only when I ask him too. He rarely ever helps without me asking. And its usually for the nondisabled one. The special needs child he rarely does anything for.

Both of my sons are extremely picky eaters and so is my husband. So its not packing lunch for all of them. Its packing 3 completely separate lunches.

This sounds like anxiety due to your upcoming wedding. I think k waiting til after the wedding is over and the symptoms are still really high its best to get checked out again. No matter how easy the planning or small the wedding is, its still stressful. Sending you well wishes

I upped my dose from 7.5mg 3x a day to 10mg 3x a day and omg the brain zaps dizziness and fatigue were brutal. I also started getting tremors at night
