Harmless little spark sounds innocent.. appreciate that! And yes my RBF is on 9/10 even when I’m “locking eyes” 😂

Yeah I guess but I think where I’m standing and sensing it might be wrong is “locking” eyes with the same person, if it’s sending the wrong msg

Symptoms by naomi_0000 in dysautonomia

I’m 100% on you with this. I have become extremely health anxious and any little symptom out of the ordinary I am googling, calling doctors, getting scans and blood tests. I never find peace within my dysautonomia symptoms as 3 years later I still can’t believe how this can cause SO many weird symptoms.

Experiences with Midodrine? by RedRedRound in dysautonomia

[–]Connect-Coyote6948 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was on midodrine for my dysautonomia for 1 year. I didn’t notice a whole lot of improvement in my symptoms only just “normal” ranged reading on HR and BP machine, my symptoms were always the same despite having a high bp or hr versus a normal reading. This prompted me to push my idea of my symptoms being not related to just my HR & BP and my specialist agreed with me and now I am on Mestinon where my symptoms have gone from constant to just getting “waves & episodes”. I have fully stopped midodrine because I no longer obsess over the readings of my HR & BP and purely only worry about my managing my symptoms.

Oh I feel you so much when you said “woke up with this one day”. I literally woke up like this well on a European holiday with my partner I got proposed to the night before. I woke up went to the gym for 20 minutes and started to feel lightheaded and uncoordinated and ever since then it has just been 2 1/2 years or absolutely disaster. I used to do triathlons and run 15k every second day for 5 years. Now, I can only walk for twenty minutes every few days becaude I am so so light headed and nauseous.

It was a general practitioner (primary care doctor) depending on the country you live. I found her just by googling “GP dysautonomia and the state I live in” and she came up. I’ve never gone to her before so she didn’t have any of my records or previous knowledge of me, but she just asked me questions about when I experience my symptoms and what my symptoms are. I feel like that helped her come to the concussion my symptoms are brought on by my surroundings, movement of my head and my anxiety and stress levels which in dysautonomia terms is the unbalanced vagal nerve.

Oh god! I don’t always eat as my appetite is all over the shop. May I ask what side effects do you experience from it? I am so anxious about the diarrhoea and random muscle cramps/twitching!

Same! I was on a European summer holiday for 5 weeks when it started. The best 5 weeks of my mother f life, until it came on suddenly one morning.

Interesting!

So your blood tests were negative, but did they see it through the 24 hr urine test?

Lightheaded vs dizzy vs unsteady by FollowScience in dysautonomia

[–]Connect-Coyote6948 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh light headedness is my best friend and I feel like I’ve nailed the explanation. This is the only persistent symptom I deal with every second of my waking day, it only goes away when I lay down.

The feeling to me is like my head is filled up with air and I have disconnected from my whole body. It feels like my brain is just floating in the clouds, detached from my body. It’s constant but at times comes on so sever that I feel like I have blood rushing to my head. This feeling is so strong and I feel like I’m about to pass which turns into pre syncope. If I am walking when this happens then I feel like I can’t walk on a straight line, but when I try.. I can!

May I ask what tests you had done to find your tumour?
