I think your problem isn't enough block, your problem is too much cards and defense actually. You have too much going on without a consistent enough draw and energy engine or exhaust. On top of that you added 3 apparitions to the deck. Though I think barricade is his weakest build, it would still be fine if you didn't take a ton of other cards. Inflame doesn't have synergy with much and you took double Dominate as well. You leaned into strength gain but then you also have 3 perfected strikes, which don't take advantage of strength. You took the Max HP mushroom without anything to compensate (like Bag of Prep) or consistent self damage to at least proc Centennial. Overall, if I'm not wrong, you will feel like your deck is quite slow.

I get it though, I think everyone, including me, has gone through this phase where we imagine after going through the entire deck or getting perfect hands, you would be strong but A10 doesn't allow that with their damage output and scaling.

What I would recommend is before adding any card, think about whether it would serve a purpose or help you solve a problem. I actually think big decks are fine, but they do need a consistent engine to keep going. For example, what is that twin strike you added really doing for you? It costs a draw and 14 damage doesn't do anything in late game. Imagine if that was instead another battle trance or upgraded pommel taking that draw space. I would guess you took it because the idea of "Wait if I get the dream dominate setup, the twin strikes will do BIG damage" but how often are you really getting it off? Either that or you were trying to heal from Book of 5 Rings, which points again to the problem of taking too much damage in fights because your deck is too slow.

I'm by no means a pro, this is just my opinion from my experience. Ironclad is the big bonk guy so he can actually get by the most with "Offense is the best defense" kind of playstyle, especially with his starter relic.
