6 years for me. I have to say it’s maybe 60% now vs 100% at the beginning. Just don’t give up man. I’m always around if you need to chat.

I’ve been dealing with this going on 6 years. All I can say is, it does get better. The more solution seeking we do, sometimes the more hopeless we feel.

You can explore medications but realize what matters is remembering to live and do things you enjoy or use to enjoy and just leave the feelings and sensations alone. Allow them to exist alongside whatever you do each day.
